I've got a complete ACL tear and waiting for surgery. This brace is fantastic for abit of extra support and giving me the confidence to absolutely smash my prehab. I've got the one WITHOUT the extra lateral supports. Gives good support without too much compression. The knee pad is much larger than other braces so doesnt pull my patellar. Range of motion is not affected (i cant get super deep flexion anyway at the mo) but it also doesnt try and pull my knee into extension. I've worn it out and about when I'm walking long distance and it remains comfortable for 4+ hrs. Thoroughly recommend. Really glad i found these guys and this brace. Thankyou Anaconda ❤️

The brace makes a difference. I give it four stars only because the sizing is off a bit. I'm directly between a medium and a large. I ordered the large as recommended by the sizing chart. I think if you are between sizes order the smaller size and stretch that brace on if need be. Overall a good product, I use it everyday for working out. I wear a thick tee-shirt and put the brace on over it, that seems to do the trick. If you are thinking about pulling the trigger on this product, do it, it is good quality and works.
