To date everything is Great! Ordering and Delivery were spot on, and the product Excellent! My shoulders have really responded well to the Shoulder Ice Wraps, and even provide substantial relief when I ice them in the freezer w/o the gel pads which have somehow gone missing, and no one knows where or how!!! My money's on my Son, who keeps giving the "Stink-eye" to his Son whenever I raise the issue! LoL So the next Customer Service test is where do I find Gel Pad replacements, and how long I get them? Great compression and support! All the braces really help with my knee injury. The ice pack one and the recovery pro are great for helping after a long day of hard work. Amazing customer service! Had an unfortunate issue with the recovery pro, but they responded extremely quick and had a replacement shipped within 2 days! I rarely leave reviews but the customer service i received really surprised me in comparison to what you normally get now a days.

I have been very impressed with not only the quality of the products but mostly with the customer service. I had an item that did not fit, And was passed their timeline for returns or exchanges and they were still happy to exchange it for me.

Fast shipping great packaging

I was a bit skeptical when I first reviewed this item, but once I had it in my possession and used it, I was sold. It’s like magic. It really helped me with mobility of my left shoulder. I was able to lift the heavy weights needed while in the gym. It gave me back my strength and confidence. I do have to add that for me, It’s a tad bit uncomfortable in the beginning, but once I get used to it and knew how to adjust the fit for me it was like putting on socks.

Really impressed with the Anaconda Ice Recovery Knee Wrap! It’s comfortable, stays securely in place, and provides great cold coverage and compression. One recommendation would be to make the ice packs stay cool a little longer. Overall, it’s well-made, easy to use, and great for recovery!
