Ive tried a couple different braces from amazon and ordered this one because of the tight sleeve around the bicep. Others were adjustable and ended up binding. This one fits tight. I ordered one size smaller than recommended. Just finished a week fly fishing in Patagonia 4 months after bicep and rotator cuff repair. Held everything nice and tight and helped restrict movements in the tender areas

The shoulder brace is awesome. The way it isolated the rotator cuff/frozen shoulder region really works. I’ve just began to wear but the initial time putting it on really worked. I got two of them one for home life and one for work when it begins to bother me.
