I had a technical issue with a brand new MU100-HS camera. My technical assistance was handled by Maria S. We went through the trouble-shooting steps together over a period of several days. In the end Maria S. accepted my request for replacement even though I was a bit outside the return window. I want to thank Maria for her expertise and especially for her kind patience. She raised the bar for her profession.

Not sure about the product at this time however the shipping sux bad. Shipping options were FedEx economy or FedEx priority, shipped UPS. Took a week to finally ship from China warehouse however they failed to include customs declaration and so shipment is now being returned to sender!

The process of buying the microscope was fine but the viewing area is partly obscured on the right side.

Good service, microscope is very helpful when sharing among students.
