Include a detailed manual for assembly please. Send it with the product. Electronic manuals are cool, but it's a little impersonal to send an awesome telescope as a gift, just to make the giftee go to lengths for assembly. Stay tuned for product review post build. Instructions and manuals need to be much more detailed and explicit. I am unable to assemble the camera. If you read this feedback please help!

Ordered a camera for my microscope received some weird reduction lens. They were very rude. Didn’t care that they sent me. The wrong item had no interest in helping me at all. Had to go to the credit card company and file a chargeback. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I had a technical issue with a brand new MU100-HS camera. My technical assistance was handled by Maria S. We went through the trouble-shooting steps together over a period of several days. In the end Maria S. accepted my request for replacement even though I was a bit outside the return window. I want to thank Maria for her expertise and especially for her kind patience. She raised the bar for her profession.
