Thank you for this wonderful and professional product. It arrived quickly and was excellently packaged. I only checked it today because I was busy. Everything is perfect, but I have a question regarding the neck support screws. I found one out of three, and I don't know if it usually comes with only one screw.

NOT USER FRIENDLY I am new user. I don't have proper video instruction on the specific on how to use the stereo microscope from basic to advance. Also how to connect the camera, take picture and videos. I tried to find in youtube but no video with the exact model. Better to give as a package when customer buy item from Amscope. Not just Instruction in writing. I hope there will be more improvement. I look forward to grow with Amscope. Thank you.

Include a detailed manual for assembly please. Send it with the product. Electronic manuals are cool, but it's a little impersonal to send an awesome telescope as a gift, just to make the giftee go to lengths for assembly. Stay tuned for product review post build.
