Shipping time was great.

the microscope was sticky and broke when trying to tighten it. I also thought a lightweight plastic body would have been better.

I've used this company's equipment for years second-hand, and even though there was a small hiccup in the initial delivery the company has gone above and beyond to make things right even when I was being an angry fella.

They ARE going to RMA the light, but I feel like the listing is deceptive at worse, inaccurate at best

Recently purchased this mechanical stage for my Amscope microscope. Doesn’t fit snugly on microscope stage, poorly fitting pegs allow play. But worst of all, standard glass slides do not fit in the stage (and yes, they are amscope brand slides. ) No way to adjust width to accommodate slides. Why sell something that doesn’t even accommodate a plain glass slide? Customer service offered a refund, but that begs the question - why sell something that doesn’t fit the scope and can’t accommodate a standard slide? I told them I could probably jury rig a fix for the play if they could send me one that slides would fit in, but all they wanted was for me to send stage back, no replacement offered.

Decent, quick shipping, packed well too.

A great microscope. Has good image quality. I just took pictures of my hair and SMD components with my phone through the eyepiece. And a good price A++

I still think it would be very helpful if you gave some kind of set up instructions along with the scopes when you sent them, especially for rookies like me

Ugh, I don't think it could be more difficult. Use the phone and don't waste time with emails.

Terrible from start to finish!

Customer service was fine, shipping was fast, but what I ordered was not what was pictured online. This mistake cost my business money.

Delivered quickly. Very easy to work with.

It would have been nice to get some assembly instructions. The downloadable manual was not helpful and we built the telescope only by looking at the pictures, so hopefully it was done right.

Fast shipping. But the scope came with the stage unleveled and loose and the focusing mechanism is slipping. It's a pain to focus. This is my second Amscope BTW. not happy :(
