I am VERY pleased with the purchase. Tim in sales went the extra mile and was very patient while trying to answer all my questions and concerns while at the same time, never trying to upsale me or push the purchase. What REALLY blew me away is the customer service AFTER the sale. Not only did they do a jam up job ensuring they got me what I needed prior to the sale, but after the sale tech support was OUTSTATNDING!! Flashing the bike with the provided loaner was so easy it was funny. JESSE ANDERSON went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out and ensure my system was squared away and set-up correctly. When I sent an email with a couple of concerns I had, he immediately called me to help. When I wasn't 100% certain about setting up the amp, he remoted in to my laptop/amp and set everything! We had an issue with one prewired plug that needed to be resolved and Jesse went the extra mile, creating a video of depinning a molex he then sent to me to ensure I had a firm grasp on the procedure as well as walking me through setting my gains with my Fluke. THE SYSTEM SOUNDS AMAZING! VERY CLEAR AND CRISP. I hit the hiway at 90mph and with the volume at 3/4 the sound was CRAZY loud and the vocals and music were still EXTREMELY clear. I rode through town blasting Jackyl's cover of American Band and had guys in cars and one 18 wheeler three cars up blowing horns and giving me the thumbs up ( I think it was a thumb ) I could not be happier with the purchase and the entire experience.
