I had to involve customer service. Holy Cow were they fast at communicating and sending me a replacement pair of jeans! We are talking less than an hour! I was so impressed. I will not buy jeans from any other company except American Blues!

Although I am too short for the jeans and had to get them hemmed, I absolutely love them!! I bought two pairs and both ran pretty true to size, were stretchy just enough to be comfortable, and the colors were as advertised.
