I ordered two pairs of Judy Blue jeans in the same boyfriend fit, but unfortunately they fit very differently from each other. I understand that inconsistencies happen with denim and this isn’t really American Blues’ fault. That said, while I appreciate that returns are free and the return process itself is very easy (they ship quickly and provide a prepaid label you just print), returns are issued as store credit only. I was disappointed not to have the option for a refund, especially since I don’t know when—or if—I’ll be ordering again. Overall, fast shipping and good customer service, but the store credit–only return policy is something shoppers should be aware of before purchasing.
