I ordered two pair of jeans. They shipped in the middle of some winter weather. The order got lost. I emailed the company. They got back with me the same day. Figure out the problem, shipped my order and it came quickly. They were very open with communication. Best customer support around. I will not be shopping for jeans anywhere else.
