Items arrived covered in alcohol and ammonia, thanks UPS. Considering it was UPS I'm just pleasantly surprised I got it at all The items themselves weren't open so far as I could tell, how does this happen? AHS was good, thanks. UPS, per usual, was abysmal

Trying to buy 14 Oz but somehow ordered tube reordered and got the 14 Oz AQUAPHOR on 2nd try. Website maybe confusing or maybe it's old age. Might have a picture of 14oz jar and tube order. AQUAPHOR is great.
