My items were delivered on time with a reasonable shipping charge. The website was easy to navigate making ordering very easy. Highly recommend !

Their website was easy to use. Ordering was spot on, item identification was just what was needed. Will use again in the future

nah

Good product just took a while to ship

You resolved a problem an I was very pleased!

Have not rec'd order from June 14/15. Still waiting for X Large non slip socks. You were paid June 15.

I placed an order two weeks ago and the package was sent via a 3rd party carrier that never delivered my package. I was told it would be sent out again via UPS and I have yet to receive tracking or confirmation. I will not be using this service again.

Quick delivery!

Great. Service

I got what I paid for and I’m a timely matter.

Haven't received my package.

Everything is fine.

Payment and invoicing caused some confusion, but your customer service team addressed my questions quickly and made sure everything was correct and clearly explained.

I was sent an invoice after I had already paid.

I ordered Hospital Socks pack of 6 on 5-16-2026 and was told Delivery would be on 5-19-2026. I Tracked it on AHS sight and it updated arrival date to 5-24-2026 then to 5-31-2026 and I checked again on 6-2-2026 and it said in transit and still hadn't arrived. I cancelled the order due to lateness of arrival on 6-3-2026. Not very good Customer Service to not inform me of any delays or explain when it would arrive so late.

The wipes came in a timely manner.

Service is great at AHS. I received my package almost immediately. Thanks AHS!

I called to get help via phone with a live person. I had many questions regarding your site, the requirements to use it (join or just buy) and being sure if you were going to save me money from currently buying from Amazon and/or Walmart and club chains. She had no patience for questions. . . just wanted to add to my cart and cash me out. I wanted to see if I could save by buying from you.
