Great experience!

Ordered training aed cartridge, received confirmation, waited 3 weeks heard nothing. When i inquired i was told that it was on backorder but could not be given a date. I needed it for an upcoming class i was teaching. They did not offer refund so i disputed the charge on my corporate card. I then received an email that from them they couldnt issue refund bc i had filed a dispute. I didnt appreciate level of customer service snd never did receive the item or follow up email.

Never received order of floor pads

Sheets of paper for Inbody machine were left out in the rain in a cardboard box. Luckily I caught it before it soaked through. Packaging the paper product in sealed waterproof container would be better.
