They’re absolutely fantastic for mixed use: lifting and running. They’re incredibly light and the fit is just right. Absolutely recommend.

My favourite trail-runners are the Lone Peak, but for all day on my feet, running around town not having to worry about the weather, this GTX version is my absolute favourite, so comfortable, waterproof and black goes with everything. Also delivery in a couple of days is great service.

Shoes fell apart after a few months of wearing them and the smartass rude girl at ultra wouldnt give me warranty even though you can see the shoes are brand new, other people have the same failure of these cheap made super expensive shoes, she kept changing the reason for refusal and evertime i beat her objection she found a new load of bullcrap to say, these shoes are the most expsesive on the market and they last a few months only, i have other gtx and after 2 months the soles have no tread on them while trail walking

Really comfortable shoes

Very comfortable, the wide toe box has helped me deal with a weak glute that was causing me joint pain when running. However, i would avoid the goretex next time. I didnt realise it would get so hot when running- not breatheable at all!

Plenty of room. Sizing was good. Not much cushioning makes for a challenging walk.

long time Altra user (Timp, Escalante and Torin)and this is my first non-zero drop altra. have only done 25K thus far but the initial impression is good. loving it thus far, really light and the cushioning is great.
