Shipping took longer than I expected, but once I received the part there was no damage and everything was in the box

exhaust was a perfect oem fit for my 1996 f250 7.3 the hardest part was getting the old one out

3 day extra delivery is false advertising. It’s 3 days from whenever they have the product available, not 3 days from ordering. My “3 day shipping” took over 3 months to get here. I get things are back ordered, but if they are paying extra for faster shipping shouldn’t be an option.

I feel a big difference on my 2020 f250. Oem steering damper was trash to be honest. This a big inexpensive upgrade. I recommend it y’all.

I had a large order with Alligator, and their customer service was outstanding. I called in because there were several PPE items I knew they carried as a dealer, but couldn’t find on the website. The salesperson asked for the part numbers I needed and manually added each one into their system and directly into my cart so I could purchase everything through Alligator, even though they didn’t normally stock those items. He spent at least half an hour on the phone with me making sure I had every single part required to complete my project. Their willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process easy, and because of that level of customer service, I’ll definitely be doing business with them again.

Alligator performance was helpful with the locating the transmission But the hand off to BD was to many different places to contact to track shipment FedEx is not a good shipping company in my area
