Shipping was delayed by a day in route, but temperature was maintained with cold packs & good packing. Website easy to navigate except for using discount codes. Order was accurate

Weather I think delayed my Tuesday delivery to Wednesday. There was no message from delivery there’d be a delay. Everything was in good condition, scallops were almost thawed

Service was great, easy, on time, well packaged. The salmon was good…not remarkable.

I received my package within 2 days nothing was spoiled although the packaging for the crab could have been much better. The storage bags for the snow crabs was too small and the crab legs were exposed to the ice and some of the legs we're broken. The Colossal king crab legs were large as described I was satisfied. King crab knuckles were actually larger then expected. I was satisfied with the shipping and quality of crab for the price just not satisfied with the packaging.

Need to know how to cook or are they pre-cooked?

Allfresh has established a trust with our family. . . we eat a lot of fresh fish from them. The only reason we gave 4 stars this one time for our last order is the packaging on all the fresh fish was not fully air tight. . usually it is really sealed well. No worries, we just put the trays into freezer bags before freezing. Looking at the delivery time line, clearly they want to get our order out to us asap (next day delivery) and someone just went too fast in preparing. . . . Love that All Fresh uses FedEx! Great Delivery time.

Fresh, quick, easy to follow instructions. Would have expected 8 buns for our lobster rolls instead of 4 due to the amount and size of meat we ordered but we will figure it out. Thx
