I ordered the 6 to7 ounce lobster tails and the U10 scallops. Both products exceeded my expectations. The seafood was well packed and arrived on the expected day. You can really tell the difference between Maine cold water tails versus those crappy tails we get at the grocery store in California. This will be my go to company for future orders. You folks are great, but Federal Express failed to deliver on the scheduled day. It did arrive the next day, but everything was almost melted and very wet. All was fine to serve and eat though -- but I was angry and frustrated and feared I would have to take my guests out to dinner. This was the second time this has happened. Just thought you should know.

The shrimp came flash frozen, and did NOT shrink when cooked. Kept their size, stayed tender, and really tasty! The Lobster had nice sized chunks of meat, was not frozen, but came with chill packs and was nice and fresh. Delicious! Will be buying again. Overnight shipping was crazy fast and free. . . Xcellent!!!
