Arrived on the expected morning - ice packs were still frozen which we really appreciated, as we are in the triple digits here in the desert.

Had the lobster knuckle and claw meat- had to freeze it and defrost until ready to use- there were large succulent chunks- made wonderful lobster rolls- the ability to pick the deliver date is great- only reservation is its pricey

Cut portions as requested and delivery on time with perfect packaging.

Prepared Moules-frites and the mussels were delicious - all opened, and made a wonderful tasting broth

The one thing I can say is they're very helpful. Always return my inquiries. Sometimes the packaging isn't great. Still won't use enough dry ice. I ordered the bulk 4-5 ounce lobster tails and they were so frozen together that it took me forever to get apart. I was not amused.

All the items that I ordered. I'm very satisfied with even though I got my order 1 day late. It didn't really matter. I was no hurry to eat them. I'm a very busy person. And when I got my order, everything was still very frozen. So I just put them in the freezer right away. Thank you so much
