I would recommend these shoes and this brand. A wider fit means these shoes add more comfort for my bunions. Also love the look.

I am still waiting on my shoes as I needed to exchange them as they were the wrong size. So far your customer service has been poor and following an email request to check progress of return, received an AI generated response that was totally unhelpful. If you truly believe in sustainability then why don’t you employ real people to do real jobs? How can it take 3 days to get the initial shoes and over 2 weeks to exchange? (With no acknowledgement to say they have been received) . And still I haven’t got the shoes! If you can’t provide speedy exchanges (but have my money) this looks like a fair complaint to consumer affairs. If a real person could please let me know when to expect the exchange I would appreciate it. Thank you.
