I had to return my shoes as they were too big. The sizing chart was not correct. Had no issues with returning the item, however am still awaiting the replacement. It has been several weeks now.

Great, never had any dramas across multiple orders. Even super-fast returns and sending out replacements when I buggered the sizing up.
