After inadvertently ordering the wrong size, Allbirds was really great in exchanging for my correct size. Customer service and follow up was second to none.

Warm as toast

I gave these to my wife for our 55th anniversary. They were tight putting on but fit her feet fine and she likes the way they walk. Especially likes the styling. Robyn walks a lot so we hope they stand up to the pace.

These are terrible. The shoe is so tight around my ankle that the shoe moves in a weird way and I get blisters in the arch of my foot. It doesn't matter how tight or loose I do the laces.

The product was returned in pristine condition. I received confirmation that Allbirds received the product and 12 business days later, I have not received a refund. I have been scammed out of my money and don’t have the product either. Still no response from Allbirds. Appalled that there is the audacity to ask for a review! 😡

Comfortable runner

I’m still waiting for the delivery. From 23 July Aramex have apparently had my package in Sydney. I have contacted you before. Not happy. These would be my 5th pair of your shoes, but? Tracking isn’t working. Please assist. Jenny

good as usual

The shoe is a larger fit then other all birds shoes. The laces are not functional, the shoes actually slip on (or squeeze in)

Fast delivery; and the shoes are the comfiest I have ever worn. I love them.

Would be better if they were to provide replacement insoles as the shoes last but insoles don’t.

Love these Tree Flyers - so much that this is my second pair. They are really comfortable for running and gym work. Good grippy soles. I have a few pairs of AllBirds including Tree Runners - great for travel and everyday getting around. Have recommended them to many happy friends. They are simply fabulous shoes.
