I just purchased the Alka Viva Delphi H2 Under Sink Water Ionizer and already received it. It is a Beautiful Machine & the part that goes on the sink matches our faucet perfectly. The customer service this company offers is a breath of fresh air. Sean & Cathie have quickly & thoroughly answered every question that I had. The research that they put on their website is totally amazing. I truly believe this company cares about you and your health & went out of their way to prove it. I have had my Melody II system for close to 10 years. Sean in the office is great to assist with questions for installation to work with whatever you already have in place (my initial home had a whole house water softening system, with an RO at the kitchen sink, my current home, neither) I replace my filter through him, and have sent referrals... All great!
