As a retail customer, I purchased the Alka Viva Melody II model. I've moved since it's original install, and Sean walked me through how to move the equipment and re-install etc. Sean and Cathie are great! I replace my water filters as recommended, and here at the end of 2024, I've never had a maintenance issue or have had to do any repairs etc. I drink the higher pH water, and use the more acid water for cleaning and skin care. . . I've recommended to friends who have also purchased, and all are as satisfied as I am!!

Alkaline Water Plus has great service. They have always been able to answer my questions so I can decide what I need. I always forget which filter I am supposed to use and they never make me feel like an idiot. They just get the filter to me promptly with no hassles. Very pleasant to deal with. Always.
