Ordered the wrong color immediately after ordering and before I even received the item. I asked if my order could just be swapped out. Didnt receive a reply until it was too late to switch. I was told that they dont accept returns even though they were fully aware that I made a mistake in my initial order. With my second order, 5 days passed before i asked for an update. After more than a week after i asked for an update , I received an email that it had been shipped. After another week. of waiting was when I finally received my order. It took more than 2 weeks to get my item and when it finally arrived, the box was heavily distressed as it just shipped in a small bubble mailer. Shipping cost was $13.
