Very happy with our system! Three years and going strong

The air purifier seems to be working. Less dust. I really like how it is so quiet, as I have to run my hand over it to feel the air to make sure it is on. I think the wheels are on the wrong side as it is tough to turn around to change the location. Once turned around, it is easy to move. If the wheels were in the front, you would just tilt and go. I bought from Amazon rather than Alen because I could not get the discount codes promised to work. I received it quickly.

We were using Dyson for air purifying. What a joke! Alen Air is the real deal. We purchased the 75i for our main floor and 45i for our bedroom we noticed a great difference in air quality. We have two dogs and having units with pre filters is a game changer. Have recommended their products to family and friends.

Filter was stuck in the housing. Strap broke when I tried to remove filter. Had to use a butter knife to pry it out. Did not have this issue with the original filter. I am guessing it was damaged in shipping, as the top of the cardboard package was open when I received the shipment.
