I ordered a purifier after rave reviews from a friend but my experience has been much different than hers. My box arrived damaged and after reaching out to customer service was told to try it out. I opened the box to find no cord to plug the unit in. I was then told I’d receive the cord but it never came. I called and was told it was sent but was never given a tracking number. Finally received a tracking number today after calling and emailing different customer service people - we shall see but terribly annoyed that they didn’t rush the cord as requested. Also think they should offer a discount or a free filter for all this hassle. I’m not one to complain with reviews but the extra steps to deal with something that should be easy was definitely not the level of customer service one would expect when spending that much money. I do hope the unit works and if not - i was told I had to pay the return shipping!

The Alen BreatheSmart 45i is a work horse and you don't realize how hard it works until it is time to change the filter. The operation is quietly doing what it is designed to do and I'm pleased with it.
