It’s so cushy and filled that it doesn’t have the lumpy frumpy look that a lot of other cloud couches have. Relatively easy to assemble on your own (definitely needed to use some force so I had to use my feet to really push the pieces into place). Customer service was also so good! Highly recommend. I get tons of compliments whenever I have guests.
