Filters arrived a lot faster than expected.

It was simple enough but then the order took longer than expected and the Hepa filter was not in the order and I had to contact the company to get one sent out. They needed to be coached to simply send the missing part instead of returning the entire order and trying again. But it worked out.

I have four Air Doctor units. I have had them for years. I used to have to dust daily (I live where it's really windy, frequently), the difference is amazing. I only dust every two weeks now. Our allergies improved as well. When my husband cooks fish, it clears the smell, usually within an hour.

Not only did my daughter love her AirDoctor 3500, but I ordered another for her. We have owned air filters before but nothing as superior as the AirDoctor. The only issue I had was with the customer service during ordering the second unit. They mailed the incorrect one and sent it to an address across the country. It caused a delay and frustration that such a mistake could be made.

Found this air filter from following a quilt facebook site, they showed theirs and had a special on pricing! This is the Best I've ever seen and used, quality made, with unbelievable results. This is not some knockoff, this is the real deal. For the money spent it gives every penny in returns by ten fold. You will not regret buying this unit! A 5 of 5 Stars in my book!

I find the product amazing. I highly recommend the Air Doctor Pro for anyone that has issues with dust, pollen, or animal fur. The filters have reduce everyday annoying dust by about 80%. I would have given the company a rating of 5 stars but I made a mistake and order another filer system instead of just the replacement filters. Air Doctor issued me a return code to ship by FedEx and I misplaced the shipping receipt with the tracker number. After three weeks I had not received my refund and I wanted to order more replacement filters. When I called and talked to Veronica she gave me her call back number, took my information, told me to hang on, and we got disconnected, I her back and got disconnected again. Called again and received her voicemail and left my name and number thinking she would call me and nothing for more than 1 hour. Called again on the support line and talked to Ethen. I found the email where I received the Label Id code. With that Ethan refunded my funds immediately. The funds where pending in my credit card account within seconds. Big Thanks to Ethan. Someone needs to help Veronica. As a Customer I will keep the FedEx return receipt until I receive the refund if this comes up again

I called and asked if there was a tech on duty, she said they don't do it. I told her the problem and she said she would discount a new unit. Ended p finding out the problem was the filters were in the wrong order. .

The AirDoctor has made such a HUGE difference with the air in the house. My kids hardly ever sneeze or have runny noses all of the time like they did before. I've even stopped coughing and sneezing since we've had it. Living in Tennessee where the pollen is absolutely awful, the AirDoctor has really come through!
