We have three of your products: 5500-4000-1000. All working well at present, we recently changed all filters, the three products were purchased in November 2025.

The filters and machine came at a good time. The mold spores and tree pollens were EVERYWHERE. Relieve was found in the house with the airdoctor filters going. Thank you!!

Shipment arrived on time and in good condition. My previous order, I didn’t get a shipping email notification, and when I contacted customer service, they promptly replied and let me know where my shipment was.
