I ordered 5000 Hepafilter replacements and was very happy that they were packaged well for shipment and delivered on time. AirDoctor Air Filter machines are Fabulous for cleaning air within the home. I have the 5000 and the 3000 series. I wouldn’t use any other air filter system.

There was an issue with the first unit that I was sent, a swirling sound when the unit is on. It was very easy to get a hold of customer service, either by phone or chat. They helped determine that I need a replacement unit. The process was smooth. The new unit that came works very well. It's not too loud, although most of the time, even on blue status, you will still hear the sound, but I think to me is like white noise at this point. It's not as quiet as the Winix I have, but that's fine. The AirDoctor is also pretty sensitive to smell; it turns yellow when my husband is using hairspray, which, of course, has some smell. All in all, pretty happy with the purchase.
