Worked perfectly for my John Deere lawn mower

took over a week t5o get my part from a ware house in Missouri. . . I live in Iowa. Try a different carrier next time than USPS! Part was in Mo. for 3 or 4 day then the next time I tracked it, it was in PHOENIX for gods sake. Before I order from you again I'm going to ask who the shipper is!!

The tire shipped was NOT the correct size. I had emailed Customer Support on 4/1/2025 and have yet to hear back. I had sent pictures of the replacement tire along with my original tire. They are clearly not the same size, the tire sent is much smaller. Please let me know whether you can send out the correct tire or process a refund and provide a return label for the tire that was shipped to me.
