The tire shipped was NOT the correct size. I had emailed Customer Support on 4/1/2025 and have yet to hear back. I had sent pictures of the replacement tire along with my original tire. They are clearly not the same size, the tire sent is much smaller. Please let me know whether you can send out the correct tire or process a refund and provide a return label for the tire that was shipped to me.

We needed some parts for our compact JD but having a hard time finding a supplier that had everything, and able to ship quickly.
