This company provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in several ways. They shipped my order the same day--not just assigning a tracking #, but actually in the hands of UPS the same day. It arrived in my city 3 days later, and then UPS somehow managed to "misplace" it. Several days went by with no status change. I contacted Ag 'n' Lawn, even though it wasn't their fault. Beth went WAY beyond in helping me. Rather than handing me off to UPS, she filed a claim with them and sent a 2nd delivery via USPS (and this was a $100 part), wlhich arrived in a few days, with no guarantee she'll get reimbursed by UPS. Of course I'll let her know if the lost package eventually arrives. Apparently UPS now wants "more documentation from the sender"---what a clown show. Beth with Ag 'n' Lawn turned this into a good buying experience!

I was shorted one 5gallon pale of torqgard. It seems you would know that you only shipped 19 boxes instead of 20…unless one broke during shipping.
