I had an issue with my delivery and they helped me out quickly and efficiently.

I received the OpenRun Pro 2. I have used them for 2 days now but it only took 1 minute for me to have no regrets! I love them and you will too!

Great quality

My experience is awesome 👌

These are great earbuds. Battery life is around 8 hours or so, lightweight, comfortable. Won’t fall off during exercise. My only gripe is that the control button (that performs track changes, volume changes, etc. ) is REALLY small, and recessed. So gestures that require multiple presses (like volume up/down) are hard to do. I often can’t hit the sequence fast enough, and it gets misinterpreted. The older Open Fit 2 and Open Fit Pro have a much more pronounced control button, which is more reliable. But if you have small, nimble finger, it’s probably not a problem.

Customer service was very helpful I got a return authorization to me right away

This is our 2nd pair, very nice headphones for running especially. We are enjoying our purchase.

They’re great.

Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 (Silver) – A Worthy Upgrade After 4 Years

Sounds great and very light

Shipping and tracking were first rate.

I've had Open Run and Open Air (still using and enjoying both) and thought I would take a chance on Open Dots. Wow. I am so glad that I did. Comfortable, incredibly easy pairing, excellent sound, long battery life. . . . all the things!! Now I have three most excellent choices and I couldn't be happier!

Great for work, but not as noise filtering as the OpenRun 2.

GREAT experience. Great follow up.

I waited a while before I bought these and I shouldn't have. They are great for every use. They connect easily, great battery life. and the sound quality is amazing. They are great!

Great

Great quality and exceptional comfort!!! I would buy them again and again!!

I wish the volume on my Pro2’s went as high as my OpenRun’s…

Surprised at the quality and feel. Unsurpassed sound and comfort. The are the earbuds I have been hoping someone would come out with. I have hearing loss in my ears and these still have very clear and crisp sound for me.

Sound quality is excellent, great fit and very comfortable.
