Excellent quality and experience other then when I have both headphones in they have a weird “bug” where the sound will cut and behave strangely along with also sitting just too outside of my ear to provide the best sound and noise cancellation

Delivery was faster than I thought it would be, packaged nicely, and I love the Open Fit Pro’s. My first open ear headphones. I was skeptical about sound and fit. They sound great and and they haven’t fallen off. They don’t seem like a secure fit but they deceptively are secure.

Shokz exceed my expectations with one exception: requiring answers on a survey.
