I was a long time Beats user but after my last pair died suddenly I decided it was time to try something different a my wife has a of these and couldn't say enough good things about them so I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did I'm sold on this company

If we're talking from a sound and usability they definitely put out good sound and the controls will take a minute to get used to but the sensors work well and that makes it easier. The con for me is if you have smaller ears they might not stay where put them and in my case they rubbed the inside of my ears raw causing the left one to bleed so I just dont do anything active when I ware them.

Overall great headphones for communication

there is no need to buy your shocks on Amazon. Get them direct from the Shokz website. Headphones are fantastic, lightweight easy to operate. shipping was fast and set up was easy. These user guy would benefit from a picture of the charging point on the headphones. But we found it orange color makes the headphones easy to spot when they’re not on your head.

The tapping to answer phone calls does not always work.

Customer service was understanding, helpful and kind?

Service and shipping were great. Unfortunately the OpenRun Pro 2 isn't working for me. I can't hear when there's traffic unless I hold them over my ears, unlike my previous set.

This is my Second OpenRun Pro2 and In am Absolutely Thrilled with the Quality and Comfort of these Products! Thank You!!

They came in a very timely manner as expected. The only thing I would have liked that was not included was the part that plugs into the wall. It would have been nice to have that to keep in the case with the new headset and cord.
