I have had amazing customer service with Shokz. A while back I had made an order for a new address and inputted the house number incorrectly. the headphones made it back to Shokz and were immediately turned around and sent to the correct address. The communication and checking to make sure all was well is much appreciated.

This is my 3rd pair. I have tried other brands, but they are not as good. However, the Headphone charge seems to be the “weak link”, as these are what have malfunctioned each time. They typically last 1-2 years of use.

I really love Shokz headphones.

Very comfortable and doesn’t fall off my head like the headsets that go over the top of your head.

I work im entertainment thus have a few pairs of headphones. The shoks open fit 2+ has become my go too for daily wearing. The call quality is great tge sound punchy and audible. Whilst allowing yo to hear and react to my surroundings. They are so light you don't realize you are wearing anything. They are also very stable I had a ninja fight with a spider web. . . . my glasses fell off but my shoks stayed in place.
