I guess, as expected. I lost one of the comfort cushion accessory. In my hopes of being able to buy a replacement pair, customers service responded with “ not available at the time”. I understand this is a relatively new device, just give me some idea when they’ll be available.

The sound quality is very good and can be used even in loud environments. Not excessive pressure on the head. Charging is convenient in usbc but the included cord could be longer.

Service is top notch! The OpenRun Pro 2 Mini fits me perfectly. Sound is phenomenal without having something jammed in your ear. And I can run on winding backroads w/o worrying about cars, as I can still hear them too. GRAB A PAIR - you won’t be disappointed!
