Any chef would be proud to have this knife in his collection. The 8 inch is the perfect all around knife to have in your kitchen. The full tang and large bolster sets this knife apart from any other and adds that quality touch. This is my third Wusthof knife and I intend to buy more.

I am sure I have no business owning such a nice knife BUT I decided I needed an adult knife and this one was the winner. I am very happy. Diced a tomato like never before.
