Excellent, all-purpose straight-edge knife. I absolutely love this knife. While it is listed as a sandwich knife, I have given away my (two) utility knives, and use this instead. The handle is very comfortable and my hands don't tire from long use. Although I love it, and am keeping it, I was mistaken when ordering it in assuming that this was a serrated knife - being that the title says "sandwich knife", which to me means it is primarilly made to cut breads, and therefore my (incorrect) assumption. Hope this helps other buyers to know that this is a straight edge knife, and is excellent at what it is designed for.
