I initially purchased the DJ44AG and DJ35AR. The former worked flawlessly whilst the latter was faulty. After sending a video demonstrating the issue, Richard sent me a new one. Unfortunately, it had the same issue. I sent both back at no cost to myself and instead purchased the DJ35AG and Richard kindly organised my purchase of the ddHiFi TC25B Type C to 2. 5mm Adapter to ship with it to avoid additional shipping cost. I am very happy with the three adapters I now own and cannot fault the excellent customer service I received.

Delivery was fast, and the Nucleus was very well wrapped and protected. The Nucleus was easy to set up, and works perfectly. Very pleased!
