Im using the products since August 2024, I have good experience with chinese herbs. But my order of December 2024 the bottle of Restorative was Tablets shipped without safety collar, No Cap, and safety seal peeloff. The tables broken inside the package and the botton the bottle broke. I write the complaint related with the bottle. By policies of 30 days they no have nothing. Im no interesting to return or refund only replace my vitamins because the fault were the company when prepare the shipping. It is frustrating must have been to receive a product in that condition, especially when trust to deliver high-quality supplements. Quality and safety for the customers is First.
