I ordered 3 bottles of Suan Zao Ren Táng on Feb 16 2026 but the order shipped Late 3 days later. When I received the order only two bottles so I contacted Customer Service and got a quick response that the remains bottle was being shipped. Then one day later I got a refund for that one bottle.

Taking FOREVER to get my order, I ordered my usual supplements in December and STILL I have not received them.

AcuAtlanta is a reliable company. Shipping can take a bit longer than with some vendors (like Amazon), but I never worry that the product might be fake (as with Amazon), so I'd rather wait for the real deal from AcuAtlanta.

An order was paid for 12/31. As of 1/6, the status is still "pending fulfilment". I asked customer service and I received a response "We are unable to give you an estimate of when you're order will be filled". I have tried calling so many times and I always get the answering machine. In the chat I was told "1-3 business days to fill order" and the next day, I was told "5-8 business days to fill order". This is the reason Amazon is taking over small business

I'm so disappointed with the fulfillment and delivery of my last order. I placed the order on 11/29/25 and did not receive my order until 12/24/25. I received no emails saying the order was delayed or that any items were out of stock. . I sent an email asking why it was taking so long to get my order and I have yet to get a response from Acupuncture Atlanta. I don't recommend ordering from this company if you need your order timely. Extremely disappointed with Acupuncture Atlanta, They never emailed to explain why it was taking so long to process my order. If Acupuncture Atlanta has hired a new shipping service, I would fire them immediately. This company's Service is the worst!

Like this company, web site not so great, but I usually have to call them if I get hung up on the site, they are pleasant and nice and get the job done.

A little tricking finding the product on your website

Online store has been great. I sometimes have trouble getting clinical approval, even though I should already have it. In those cases I just call the store and order directly. Acupuncture Atlanta has an amazing selection of high quality products.
