An order was paid for 12/31. As of 1/6, the status is still "pending fulfilment". I asked customer service and I received a response "We are unable to give you an estimate of when you're order will be filled". I have tried calling so many times and I always get the answering machine. In the chat I was told "1-3 business days to fill order" and the next day, I was told "5-8 business days to fill order". This is the reason Amazon is taking over small business

I'm so disappointed with the fulfillment and delivery of my last order. I placed the order on 11/29/25 and did not receive my order until 12/24/25. I received no emails saying the order was delayed or that any items were out of stock. . I sent an email asking why it was taking so long to get my order and I have yet to get a response from Acupuncture Atlanta. I don't recommend ordering from this company if you need your order timely. Extremely disappointed with Acupuncture Atlanta, They never emailed to explain why it was taking so long to process my order. If Acupuncture Atlanta has hired a new shipping service, I would fire them immediately. This company's Service is the worst!

Like this company, web site not so great, but I usually have to call them if I get hung up on the site, they are pleasant and nice and get the job done.

A little tricking finding the product on your website

Online store has been great. I sometimes have trouble getting clinical approval, even though I should already have it. In those cases I just call the store and order directly. Acupuncture Atlanta has an amazing selection of high quality products.

It seems like it takes longer and longer for orders to arrive. I needed to buy some Pine Mountain supplements. I found them cheaper elsewhere online (even with your 15% discount). I ordered them - and got a notification a few hours later that my order had shipped. Seems like a better option.

Reliable service. Confirmation of order receipt, shipping on time, and a quality product exactly as I ordered. I have ordered multiple times from AcuAtlanta. net and I've always received my order in a good time frame, undamaged, well packaged and all the items correct. And the products of course perform as expected. Great all round service!

AcuAtlanta is a very reliable business. I order ALL of my supplements from them. Their prices are very competitive and their customer service is outstanding!

Although the shipment to Hawaii maybe delayed at times, I can always call the Customer Service team for assistance. They always manage to make me feel like a valued customer.
