Excellent, quick service every time I order. . Excellent customer assistance. I have been using Acupuncture Atlanta for my herbal needs for many, many years, and have never been disappointed.

I had to send the order back. There were illegitimate customs charges on delivery. DHL paid what they said were customs charges which meant that I could not even contest the charges. Had AcuAtlanta simply sent the items USPS and Canada Post there would have been no problems. I have had numerous supplements shipped this way with no issues with custom charges. There is also no reason for me to believe that DHL isn't keeping the money "charged for customs" for themselves. There is no documentation to ensure what they are telling me.

You are getting a nice selection of products, however your delivery time, unless it comes directly from the brand, is incredibly slow! In fact, your delivery time is the “slowest" of any company I order from. Other companies offer a faster “free” delivery without increasing the cost of the item, arriving in around 3 days—yours takes around 2 weeks! You are also the only company that charges a handling fee. No other company I purchase from does that.

After multiple attempts to track A shipment, A MONTH after ordering I FINALLY got an automated response after threatening to reverse the charge. Customer service is non existent. Called and left multiple messages because no one picks up nor responds to voice messages. I won’t be using them again

I ordered a product and afterwards found it from another source for about half the price. Oh well, live and learn. However, when I received the product (which I have used many over the years), it was clear that there was something wrong with it. I looked at the manufacturing date which was 9/22 (this was 5/25), which explained why the product was not okay. They said they couldn't send me a fresh product because the manufacturer also had only old available. They said they couldn't issue a return on my credit card because the one I used had been reissued with a new number. Then they said they wouldn't offer me a store credit. This was reported with a message saying, "Sorry, we feel we have done all we can to fix the problem. " I got no reply when I asked why I wasn't being offered a store credit. It seems this is not a good place to buy Chinese herbs. I will order this product next time for about half the price at chineseherbs. net.

I have relied on your company for many years to supply me with difficult to obtain supplements. You have not failed me. You have ensured my critical supplements are both available and affordable. That's the test and you get an A++.

What I like about Acuatlanta is the service after the sale. Whenever I have a question, they treat you like a valued customer. This is so hard to find these days.
