Great range of products, however the overall experience was let down by the lack of an inviting atmosphere and customer service. There was no greeting upon arrival or while browsing, even though a staff member walked right past my family and I. The only acknowledgment came when I was at the counter being served. I also wasn’t offered a bag for the Jellycat plushie I purchased as a gift. When I asked, I was told there wasn’t a bag big enough, though a smaller bag was offered, which I accepted to keep the item clean. Lovely products but improved customer service would make a big difference.
