Got a great Black Friday Price Free shipping. Everything came very well packed and numbered. Good Quality tent. Ordered Cloud forge and Thermo forge for heat and humidity. Can't wait to get growing.

The hardware and controller ecosystem are well designed and perform reliably once deployed. I am currently on my second AC Infinity unit after the first failed and could not be resolved through support, despite being a warranty issue. I ultimately purchased a replacement out of pocket, and the reason I did so is straightforward: when the equipment is functioning, it performs exactly as advertised and maintains stable environmental control. When issues do arise, however, the support experience does not consistently match the quality of the hardware. Initial interactions often rely on scripted guidance that assumes default setups and can delay resolution in more complex or non-standard configurations. In practice, this can leave technically capable users resolving problems independently while warranty pathways remain unproductive. The equipment itself is solid and worth recommending, but a warrantied failure that leads a customer to self-replace should be the exception, not the path of least resistance. Strengthening first-line technical support would go a long way toward preventing that outcome.

Transitioning my plant from the 1 gallon to this 7 gallon pot was seamless. The fabric is impressively thick and heavy duty, providing excellent drainage as advertised. The handles are sturdy and feel very secure, making it easy to move even when full.
