Everything went as planned. I'm old but had no problem setting up this camera without instructions. Awesome view 😎.

Always great fast delivery and they provide top of the industry products……. my number 1 go to for grow equipment

I recently bought one of the 24x24x72 grow tent, a clip fan, an exhaust fan, a light, humidifier and a controller to setup a controlled environment for my indoor bonsai trees. I'm super impressed with the company. Everything is good quality. I love that it's modular and all fits together nicely and is controlled with one app. It didn't break the bank. The branding and aesthetics are on point. They even upgraded my light to a signature edition (I think that's what it's called) for no extra cost, as part of a promotion. I'm legitimately very happy with it, which isn't something I can say about a lot of companies out there anymore.

It takes me a bit to to find what I’m looking for. I’m 65 and not great with technology but I do get there. I really like your customer support. They take me through the stuff I don’t understand.

These are the best products I've ever used. The fans are whisper quiet.

Great products. This setup is helping me out alot with my busy schedule. Now I've got the cameras so I can really keep track while on the go!

AC Infinity hands down is the best most affordable electronics fans on the market. The AC Infinity fans pull hot air out of my amps and recievers enabling my equipment to run smoothly and efficiently!

I'm really impressed with the whole thing. From delivery to set up. I'm new to this and learning a lot, but I did jump in without thoroughly reading the manual and had a fan fall twice because it was hitting the tent wall due to the negative pressure when the tent is zipped up. Also consider your electrical loads on your breaker and something I did not realize was going to be such a big factor for me and that is how I control my home temperature and humidity and the impacts that it has on the tent. All in all I am having fun!

Everything looks great, great quality, works perfect and so far customer service has been amazing

Great

Arrived sooner than expected and the quality is top of the line.

Love it

I bought the Spectron 7 and out of the box had some issues connecting it. I'll spare the details. The side car camera doesn't connect to the main camera and the main camera is not displaying any environment data. Sometimes things are just bad out of the box, it happens. Sometimes people don't fully understand the technology and things feel bad out of the box, that happens too. ACI is sending me a new camera kit without caring which is true and I appreciate that. Customer care team was quick to reply, efficient, and ready to make clients happy. There are still some companies that know what customer service means. It happeneds!

The smallest grow tent AC INFINITY works amazing for starting your seedlings. Shelves are sturdy and when ionbeams are added, WOW, blows all seedling tents out of the water. Thank you AC INFINITY for being for the people!!!

Excellent product

I HAD TO WAIT A MONTH AND A HALF FOR THIS CAMERA. IS WONDERFUL.

Great service when I needed it! A couple units had some issues and they immediately replaced them

Everything that was sent to me was great. I got the 9 inch fans. They work wonderfully then i was able to get the XL humidity chamber. It works wonderful, best part. I didn't have to go to eBay because you now offer at times free delivery, otherwise, ebay's cheaper And i've been having to go there to get my fully loaded tents and other items. Through out the years I've gotten 3 fully loaded tents from your team and much more by products. Thank you for free delivery now and customer service is wonderful people.

You guys have excellent customer service. Especially your return policy

Hello all, AC is one of the very best customer service companies I've ever dealt with, period. After buying the humidifier, dehumidifier, heater and the Spec 7 camera, I made a couple mistakes along the way. This caused a return label as a result. And well, AC Infinity was spot on with my every problem. The You !!!
