Cynthia was kind and responsive and supportive. They replaced my unit when it malfunctioned. The only disappointment was that after sending multiple emails and a video showing the problem, I still had to return the unit before I could get it replaced, causing a delay in having a humidifier for my plants. I have had an issue with the unit in the past and after seeing the problem on video they replaced the unit. I am concerned that I had to replace a unit more than one time.

T7 stopped producing humidity. Contacted AC Infinity and they put a replacement in the mail that day. Excellent customer service and honoring of the warranty.

This product is an awesome solution for those who are limited with the current situation of undersized ducts not providing enough air to different parts of the home. We installed this unit on an old house that could not push enough air upstairs from the crawlspace. So by adding this we double the airflow. Now the upstairs cools as good as the downstairs does. Customer had considered mini splits as a solution. But that would have been very expensive and would have caused other issues such as current system (which was only a year old) would have been oversized for the downstairs. That in turn would cause humidity issues. Also unit has 10 speeds that customer can vary the air flow as the changing seasons demand.

The controller ai plus the terraform 8 really allow me to adjust all variables to keep the tent in optimal conditions. It’s been a great addition!

This unit includes the smart controller. It is lightweight and operates quietly. The duct reducer made it simple to hook up a carbon filter. Every product I have purchased from AC Infinity has met my expectations up to this point.

I purchased this for my office that even with a ceiling fan had no circulation. The room is so hot in the summer. This product has made a huge difference! The room was immediately cooler. The fan noise took a minute to get used to but it is manageable now.
