I was very sad that I could not receive my Die-Cutting Machine sooner but I appreciated the way Miss Jennifer was sympathetic and kind concerning my situation. Thank you Miss Jennifer and ACCUCUT!

I ordered 2 dies. They sent one correct die and the one I need the most was incorrect. They have been efficient in replying. However, I have to wait another 10-15 days to get the correct die. I orders dies from China that ship faster than this.

Jumping the gun a bit by requesting a review on the day my item is shipped rather than waiting for delivery confirmation so I can actually review the item. Love AccuCut, always get great service and products. Really looking forward to receiving my die in a few days!
