I never received items

I called to get parts for our old Mark IV. You no longer have main replacement part, only the tray. Your representative let me know about your trade in program and what I needed to do to start the process. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and efficient. The new machine arrived quickly and is great. Thank you for all the support.

Product is made incorrectly and unusable! I have contacted the company about this weeks ago with no resolve. I have hundreds of their dies! My last 3 orders from October and November were not al all the quality they used to be. Unfortunately, they now come from Hong Kong, not Nebraska!! If I had gotten the first order before I placed the other orders, I would’ve canceled them. I have repeatedly asked to talk to someone in America, won’t happen. Very sad to say this will be my last dealings with the company. Most of my last 3 orders are going in the trash and I spent around $1200. SAD!!

My dies were defective. Everywhere there was supposed to be a score line, it was perforated. Contacted Accucut support and am now awaiting replacements.

Poor. Product has been sitting in Boston for a month. I have no idea when it will arrive

I have been very happy on all my previous purchases, however these last two boxes were not up to your previous standards. They are advertised as "Crease Lines" however the dies I received have perforated cut lines instead of the scoring. I am happy with the customer service that refunded my purchase as these dies are unusable since the perforated cuts make the paper just fall apart. I also noticed a lesser quality of the actual die itself being made with different materials. I'm assuming you are now outsourcing to China since this is where my tracking said they came from. I appreciate very much the refund and am sad I will probably not be willing to purchase unless and until the dies are back up to the standards previously. Between my self and a friend we own MANY of your dies and hope the quality of your product will return.
