We love the colour it’s a lot warmer than the image, it matches perfectly with our black tiles and wood shelf.

I am extremely disappointed with the Kasai Stone Mosaic Tiles. The images and samples provided online do not accurately reflect the product being delivered. While I understand natural stone has variations, the "current stock" I received is covered in heavy scratching and prominent lines that are nowhere to be seen in the marketing photography. When I raised this, I was told this is simply their standard now. Furthermore, I offered to visit the warehouse to personally select new consistent sheets, but this was ignored in favor of a refund. I live in Byron Bay and the package was already worn due to sorting through the tiles.

The samples arrived on time and were well packaged for travel. Each one comes in a clear plastic envelope, all contained within a drawstring bag, which makes them easy and safe to send in the post. This setup works well for homeowners who need samples for one or two projects and can then pass them on. I understand the reason for the drawstring bag and why it’s been chosen. However, as a designer, the packaging isn’t ideal for long-term use. When the disks are stored together in the bag, they inevitably scratch against each other, which quickly makes the samples look messy. I’ve seen these presented in a small square box with foam cutouts for each sample, which both protects them properly and presents them much more professionally to a client. While that option takes up a bit more space than a small bag, it’s far easier to keep track of and much harder to lose than a drawstring bag that can disappear among a larger set of samples. For this reason, it would be great to be given the option (for an additional cost) to also purchase a dedicated sample storage box alongside the drawstring bag.

Absolutely brilliant company to purchase from - there was a fault with one of the products I had ordered. I sent an email and was answered within 24hrs. The problem was solved with a replacement.

Had to go twice to the store, get them to post the items as they did not get the order right even when trying to rectify the problem. Girls in the store were rude and unhelpful as it was Friday before they shut and they wanted to get out on time. I ended up having to pay the plumber to come out 3 times due to their mistakes. Plumber tells me it happens all the time.
