Having used this company from around 2016 there has been excellent service but also several problems where items are very late in arriving or not arriving at all. When I have phoned the company I find that they are all extremely helpful and apologetic for delays. I suspect that their business has expanded a lot over the past year or so and that, initially, they had some distribution problems due to the increase in the number of people ordering their products. They keep me up to date with any special offers and discounts, which is extremely helpful.
