the product was of a high standard and delivered on time

My initial order for a pack of M0 took regather longer than expected, causing mw to purchase an alternative. The M0 were OK but too small - my mistake giving you wrong info. The L1 came on time and work fine. I am reviewing other brands with help of district nurse. L1 working fine so far.

Still waiting for my refund for 3 unopened packs returned to the company, as they brought me out in burning rash.

One poorly designed product can reduce trust in a brand.

I ordered some bed pads 2 cases of no 4 Light pads and some wipes. I received 2 individual packs of the pads, the bed pads and that was it. After contacting Abena I received the additional 4 pads plus the other case of pads, plus an apology. I am still waiting for the wipes which were not delivered. I have emailed Abena again.
