Feel a bit let down as was waiting for that each day. Due to my health problems I normally go to a salon to get my hair washed but can not go. So was realiying on these. They have now said that a replacement of a different version will be sent out at the same price.

Box was partly ripped open so the courier and neighbours could see contents
