It was easy to get the replacement contact surfaces with the help of customer support.

Love the simplicity of set and go options. But the first time we hit sharp bumps I. E. pot holes my wife’s phone fell off of the mount. This mag mount might benefit from a simple spring clamp from the top of the mount as well!
